For the last 12 years I have dealt with Sophie Lefevre. She has always been very helpful when choosing a hotel, apartment or cruise for our family needs.
She always makes sure that there are things for our daughter to do outside the hotel etc and she always does her best to get a good price.
Sophie is always bright and cheerful in the office and on the phone even when very busy.
