At the side of the property there is a refreshing pool with roman steps into a shallow end for a relaxing dip after a hard day on the beach. A small path from the house takes you directly down to the water's edge. Also, for those who want to keep fit, what was an outside terrace on the bottom floor is now a small gym with a view over the harbour.
The bedrooms can be found at the bottom of a set of stairs leading down from the entrance hall. A master bedroom is fitted with an en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms complete this villa, sharing a full bathroom with shower adjacent. Bedrooms are very tastefully decorated, all rooms have ceiling fans for your added comfort and this property features a small utility room with a washing machine.
