Paul also blogs, and his latest piece – published on LinkedIn – makes some great points about the value of someone who can check the small print, do the detail and avoid mistakes.
He writes of one person wanting a trip to Berlin:
'He emailed back to say that he had gone online to book it and saved himself a few pounds.
It wasn't long afterwards that he came back to me to say that luggage wasn't included, the dates weren't the same and the hotel was a different one.'
