Dear Abbotts Travel,
We had a lovely holiday in Malcesine. The Hotel Excelsior was well located and the staff were wonderful, especially the guy on reception (with glasses) who was always so pleasant and extremely helpful.
We took a one day lake cruise around Lake Garda and stopped at several points on the way. We also went in the cable car to the top of Monte Baldo, and attended a great,free, outdoor concert in the square on the Monday night - a Beatles tribute band.
We must also mention Jet2 who we had never travelled with before. We were very impressed with their service.
