After booking, and losing a holiday with Thomas Cook we didn't really know what to do next. Abbotts were recommended to us by friends.
I must say what a fantastic experience it was booking a holiday at short notice with them. To say they were understanding, helpful and fantastic would be an understatement.
The ladies in store got us a holiday to the same resort in Tenerife at not much of the extra cost of the original Thomas Cook holiday, no mean feat with all the companies hiking their prices.
Rest assured we will be booking all our future holidays with these guys.
