It’s been a while since I was able to travel but when I have done so I have booked with Abbotts in the past and will continue to do so. The staff have always been very helpful for even the smallest details and the prices were always virtually the same as booking directly online. I hope things improve soon.

Well done on your recent award. We would certainly recommend you, having travelled to see our daughter in New Zealand, returning at the beginning of January. We have not travelled this year but have used your services many times over several years to arrange travel to various countries and will do so again.

Hi Julian,
Thank you so much for all your help and guidance with our recent surprise trip for my dad’s birthday. We made a great decision to go and you helped make it easy for us.
With everything discussed and in hand prior to travel, we felt relaxed and comfortable. The airport experiences were well managed at both ends and the hotel were very well prepared and organised with guidelines.
The hotel was actually quite busy, which gave it a nice calming atmosphere, adding a bit of normality during the pandemic. We had to wear face coverings when walking around the hotel but could take them off when seated in a restaurant or at the beach.
I would certainly encourage people to travel but to check thoroughly first on location guidance and the correct protocols being in place in order to feel safe and relaxed. Booking through a travel agency made this all simple and gave us the confidence that all bases were covered. I would highly recommend Abbotts Travel to others, especially at these tough times to travel.

I unfortunately missed my flight to Greece and was devasted to say the least. I called Julian from the airport and he went over and beyond to not only calm me down, but also secure myself and my partner on another flight to Greece the day after in the middle of all the pandemic chaos.
