We're just back from Canada, where we had a great time albeit the weather was a bit mixed!
We particularly liked Vancouver Island, Whistler and Jasper.
The trips which were arranged were really good, especially swimming with seals and the two tours from Banff - the Icefields and the Grizzly Bear sanctuary, where the scenery from the top of the gondola was stunning. Both long, very full days but well worth it.
We saw lots of wildlife - several brown and black bears wandering by the side of the road, orca and humpback whales, seals, a caribou and an elk.
The Prestige itinerary book was very useful and we really liked the format of having the whole holiday in page order with directions, contact details and vouchers.
All the arrangements made by Sharron worked well and went according to plan.
Our hotels were generally good with ample space for a family of four, and having kitchenettes was nice.
All the locations were good.
We would only really question Sun Peaks because it was around 30 miles off the route and the same back in the morning for an overnight transit stop.
Overall it was an excellent holiday. Sharron was as helpful and patient as ever, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Abbotts Travel to anyone.
