When I first came in I saw Carly and explained where I wanted to go (Barcelona), how much my ceiling was (pricewise) and that I intended travelling alone.
Her response was both fast and professional. In addition, she also had a detailed knowledge of this region.
We looked at several options for hotels discussing price, position, etc.
She even arranged a pre booked ticket for my visit to Sagrada Familia.
We discussed airports and carriers and she was able to reassure me regarding Ryanair as I'd had an unpleasant experience with them in the past.
Once I'd made my decisions within a week or so I was able to pick up all tickets and info re transfers and so forth. I was even able to take a suitcase into Abbotts and discuss with the staff if it would pass Ryanair's rules on hand luggage.
While away, Carly emailed me as to a strike at the airport on my return journey so I could double check with the taxi service they would come earlier. Hotel staff were friendly and immensely helpful.
Overall, I was delighted with Carly and Abbotts Travel and can't wait to go away again.
