Some of the Abbotts Travel team members went to TTNG's annual conference to meet suppliers at Devere Hotel Tortworth Court near Bristol. A great networking event at this historic manor house in the south Cotswolds.

The 'Moments of Truth' conference brought together 28 TTNG Retail agencies and over 25 leading travel partners, including AmaWaterways and Ocean Florida, for two inspiring days of learning and celebrations. The weekend focused on creating meaningful customer moments throughout the booking journey and featured industry updates, hands-on workshops, and valuable one-to-one sessions with every travel partner.

The event opened with a vibrant Decades Night party, where the teams all arrived dressed as their favourite decade from dazzling flappers to 80s rock legends. The weekend concluded with a glamorous Gala Dinner and Awards Evening, where everyone's achievements were celebrated in true festive style!
