At last, we know someone famous.
It's our old friend Nikhil, with whom we've done a lot of bookings, and who has blogged for us in the past.
He works at ITC Luxury Travel Group, who featured in BBC Two's recent documentary, The Millionaires’ Holiday Club.
The programme showed what goes on behind the scenes to develop and deliver tailor-made holidays, following various clients on trips around the globe.
What became clear is the invaluable role played by a travel specialist for a place like India. "It's not what you know, it's who you know in India," Nikhil told the cameras, "and it's not what you do, it's how you do it."
Likewise, you need a company who do the details, researching their clients' personal preferences – from their favourite wine to favourite music – and then liaise with staff in resort to ensure a holiday that is flawless and peppered with personal touches.
If Nikhil does pop back in, he'll be hounded for autographs. This place is shameless.
